Portland, Maine Has a Homeless Person Problem

Portland, Maine wasn’t what I expected. I expected a cute, sea-side city with quaint shops and streets and seafood shanties. Granted, that’s exactly what Portland is and what it has, but it has a lot of other things going on, most noticeably, homeless people. Ever since moving out of Chicago (and away from Half Shell and Fish Bar), I’ve been searching for great seafood shacks. My current favorite is in Florida near the Appalachia Bay.
